Since 2022, LeadX has partnered with Bar à Lunettes to craft a digital experience that reflects the brand’s luxury identity while making the customer journey effortless. We redesigned the browsing and booking flow, launched a bilingual online Style Quiz and sales funnel to attract and qualify leads, and set up automated email campaigns to nurture interest.

Website Development and UX Design

LeadX reimagined Bar à Lunettes’ website architecture by organizing it around key customer
journeys—discovering frames, booking eye exams, learning about services, and visiting boutiques. To reflect the brand’s luxury positioning, we introduced clean, typography-first layouts paired with high-impact product imagery that highlights craftsmanship and elegance.

We also optimized performance and accessibility, ensuring fast page loads and a seamless experience across desktop and mobile devices.

User Experience Optimization
To optimize the user experience across desktop and mobile, we enhanced tracking capabilities to better measure results by optimizing the existing Acuity Scheduling integration on Bar à Lunettes’ site, ensuring seamless booking from service pages and
calls-to-action.

We enhanced the browsing experience with
e-commerce-style features like visual swatches, and dynamic gallery updates, allowing shoppers to preview frame variations before visiting a boutique. On mobile, we made thumb-friendly adjustments, simplified navigation, and scannable sections to ensure a smooth, intuitive experience on the go.

Interactive Style Quiz
LeadX designed and developed a bilingual interactive quiz for Bar à Lunettes using ReactJS, guiding visitors through face shape, lifestyle, and style preferences to deliver personalized frame recommendations. The quiz generates tailored results with clear calls-to-action to book an appointment with the founder or visit a boutique.

Built with performance and analytics in mind, the experience not only enhances engagement but also tracks and attributes quiz-driven leads—turning style exploration into a powerful conversion tool.

Content Creation and Optimization

We led content creation and optimization for Bar à Lunettes, crafting and refreshing bilingual blog posts to align with seasonal trends and product storytelling. We maintained ongoing editorial updates to keep the site fresh and relevant, not just for search engines, but also for AI assistants that surface brand information.

LeadX also developed targeted landing pages for Bar à Lunettes’ highly searched services, including eye exam appointments, as well as landing pages for high intent or high volume keywords, such as lenses types. These pages feature clear value propositions, FAQs, and trust-building elements designed to reduce hesitation and encourage bookings, creating a localized experience that feels both personal and premium.

LeadX designed and developed a Sales Funnel process including an Online Style Quiz “hook” to  capture leads and trigger a multi-step email flow that encourages appointment bookings and exclusive styling sessions with Marie-Sophie Dion herself. Using Klaviyo as a preferred email tool, we designed on-brand email templates that are refreshed regularly to maintain strong performance. Through ongoing A/B testing of subject lines, hero blocks, and CTAs, we continuously optimize open rates and click-throughs, turning email into a powerful channel for retention and conversion.

SEO Optimization

We implemented technical and on-page SEO strategies to strengthen Bar à Lunettes’ site structure, internal linking, and crawl efficiency. We continuously work to optimize metadata, schema, and tags, while running weekly performance checks to monitor traffic trends and ensure the site stays search-friendly. Content is carefully tuned to high-intent queries—covering topics like eye exams, frame styles, premium lenses, and brand-relevant searches, in both English and French, helping the brand rank higher and connect with the right audience.

Paid Media Advertising

Google Ads
LeadX manages geo-targeted Google Search campaigns for Bar à Lunettes’ six boutique locations, reaching nearby audiences actively searching for eye exams, eyewear styles, bespoke eyewears, and branded terms. We structured ad groups by service, collection, and location to align with user intent and drive qualified bookings, ensuring each campaign delivered relevant messaging to the right audience at the right time.


Meta Ads
We also launched Meta Ads campaigns focused on driving traffic and engagement for Bar à Lunettes, spotlighting key collections, boutique services, and the interactive Quiz Landing Page as the primary lead magnet. We crafted creative assets designed for thumb-stopping impact, paired with clear calls-to-action that encourage users to take the quiz or book an appointment, turning social engagement into measurable lead generation.
