For over years now, LeadX has been the digital agency partner for Immedex - Immigration Medical Exam Center, a clinic specializing in immigration medical exams to meet IRCC requirements for the Canadian immigration process.
What started as a website redesign turned into a full 360 growth and support mandate including SEO, content, Paid media and Performance Tracking, all in the objective of outranking the competition in a market where service and pricing model are all the same.
LeadX redesigned a best-in-class website with clear conversion paths, simple pricing and offer model, and elevated UX and visual design, making it easier for visitors to quickly find information, order medical reports and book appointments. This transformation delivered a high-performing digital presence, positioning Immedex as one of Ontario’s recognized providers of IRCC-accredited immigration medical exam clinics. Through ongoing SEO enhancements, compelling content, and targeted Google Ads campaigns, LeadX drives sustained visibility and top search rankings. We updated the color palette of the Immedex logo to make it more appealing and reduce the intensity of the red, which previously felt too alarming. We also improved the typography, an important part of branding, since it represents how all written content appears. That’s why we chose a font that’s easy to read and offers flexibility across different uses.

When we met Immedex, their online presence was very limited, with an extremely old built website that was not only unappealing to the eye, but was not customer-centric. With increasing content relevancy and boosting organic traffic in mind, all that while being extremely simple for immigrants and refugees to find information quickly and book an appointment, we completely revamped Immedex’s website, and developed individual location pages to boost local traffic in each location of interest.

To lay the foundation for strong organic visibility, we began with in-depth keyword research and developed location-specific landing pages tailored to distinct audience groups. We built the new website with the purpose of ranking naturally on a set of keywords that are critically important to this business. What’s essential to understand about immigration medical clinics is that they all offer nearly identical services at similar prices, while competing for the exact same keywords. The real challenge was finding a way to stand out as an established and trusted IRCC medical clinic and outrank the competition organically. To achieve this, we focused on strategically selecting and ranking for the most valuable keywords that drive organic success, while also strengthening local SEO by targeting highly localized search terms relevant to the clinic’s services.
We also launched a blog that shares valuable content about the immigration process, offering tips, insights, and practical advice. This content not only helps Immedex appear in search results, including structured snippets and AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini, but also increases visibility among immigration applicants, their families, and consultants.
