Since 2022, LeadX has partnered with Bar à Lunettes to craft a digital experience that reflects the brand’s luxury identity while making the customer journey effortless. We redesigned the browsing and booking flow, launched a bilingual online Style Quiz and sales funnel to attract and qualify leads, and set up automated email campaigns to nurture interest.

With targeted SEO and paid media strategies driving high-intent traffic, we’ve created a seamless path from discovery to appointment and purchase, elevating both the brand’s online presence and its premium appeal.

Brand Development

We developed HM Vacation Rentals’ brand from the start, creating a scalable identity system that works seamlessly across digital and print. This included a flexible logo suite with multiple variations, a modern typography pairing optimized for English and Québec French, and a nature-inspired color palette with vibrant accents for calls-to-action and seasonal campaigns.

To support consistent brand expression, we delivered a comprehensive brand manual covering usage rules, accessibility standards and tone of voice. We also built a full set of templates, equipping the team with everything needed to communicate clearly and professionally across all touchpoints.

Website Development and Lead Magnets

We designed HM Vacation Rentals’ website to clearly separate owner services from guest rentals, making it easy to browse by category, filter by location, and navigate through internal links. The booking experience is seamless, with deep integration to an external listing platform and persistent “Book Now” calls-to-action that guide users directly to property details.
To build engagement, increase organic traffic and drive conversions, we created targeted landing pages for high-interest categories like Pet Friendly Rentals, Lakefront Escapes, Luxury Chalets, and hot tub retreats; each designed to match user intent and search behavior. We also built localized service pages for property owners in key areas such as Mont Tremblant, Lac Supérieur, and Labelle. As well as dedicated collaboration pages were added to onboard influencers, photographers, and content creators; to support growth and visibility. Conversion-focused design elements, such as sticky CTAs, trust signals, review highlights, comparison modules, and expandable FAQs, ensure every page is optimized to guide users toward action.

Lead magnets
Additionally, to attract and engage both owners and guests, we developed a set of lead magnets designed to drive conversions and grow the HM Vacation Rentals audience. The Owner Playbook (a downloadable guide) offers actionable tips and checklists covering pricing strategies, staging and photography standards, listing optimization, review management, and maintenance routines. Additionally, to boost guest engagement, we created an interactive Property Match Quiz that helps travelers find ideal stays based on amenities, location, and group size, directing them to curated listings. To increase conversions, the website also features strategically placed popups promoting seasonal offers and exclusive promo codes for first-time direct bookings. A tailored consultation request form further invites prospective property owners to explore partnership opportunities.

We launched HM’s blog with weekly article postings across three strategic content pillars. The first focuses on Vacation Tips and Activities, offering seasonal guides, local itineraries, and practical planning advice for travelers. The second targets Property Owners, covering topics such as pricing strategies, operations, staging, review management, and platform best practices. The third pillar explores Vacation Rental Investing, featuring market insights, ROI strategies, owner success stories, and trend analysis specific to the Laurentians region.
This consistent and high-quality content strategy not only positioned HM Vacation Rentals as a trusted authority in the Mont Tremblant vacation rental market, but also significantly boosted organic traffic, improved referral rates, and elevated search engine rankings. By delivering valuable insights tailored to both guests and property owners, the blog helped build credibility and establish HM as experts in the field.

On page and technical SEO
We implemented a robust on-page and technical SEO strategy built around search intent-driven content frameworks, optimized titles and meta descriptions, structured H1–H3 hierarchies, and local SEO tactics such as backlink opportunities and presence in both local and global directories. Structured data was applied where relevant to enhance visibility and indexing.Images were optimized using descriptive alt text, modern formats like WebP, and lazy loading for improved performance. Technical foundations were reinforced with canonical tags, robots directives, XML sitemaps, and Open Graph metadata to ensure clean link sharing and crawlability.Ongoing optimization is supported by tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ahrefs, with quarterly content refresh cycles to maintain relevance and rankings.As a result of these efforts, HM Vacation Rentals’ website began ranking for competitive keywords even before its official launch, driving early organic traffic and increasing brand awareness. The combination of technical excellence and high-quality, intent-driven content positioned HM as a credible and authoritative presence in the vacation rental space, laying a strong foundation for long-term growth in search visibility and referral traffic.

Social Media Management

LeadX built HM’s Facebook and Instagram presence from the ground up, cultivating an engaged community of travelers and property owners through consistent, value-driven content. Our strategy was anchored in seven key pillars: property discovery, local expertise, trip planning, ratings and testimonials, offers and seasonal promotions, property owner growth in revenue and community, and strategic partnerships. We leveraged a variety of engaging formats, including reels with property walkthroughs, carousel tips, and interactive stories, to keep content fresh, informative, and visually compelling.

Engagement tactics such as giveaways, seasonal countdowns, and creator collaborations featuring coordinated stays helped amplify reach and foster community interaction. An always-on content calendar with 2–3 posts per week ensured the brand remained top-of-mind and maintained strong audience recognition.

As a result of these efforts, HM Vacation Rentals achieved higher Facebook follower growth than direct competitors in the region, strengthening brand awareness, expanding organic reach, and reinforcing its position as a leading voice in the Mont Tremblant vacation rental market.

Email Marketing

We implemented an email marketing strategy with segmented databases for both guests and property owners to build loyalty and drive conversions. Our core approach involved creating automated flows for key interactions, such as a welcome series for new subscribers that included a "book direct" incentive, and an owner nurture sequence with valuable resources and a call to action for consultations.
We also ran ongoing email campaigns featuring seasonal offers, new property spotlights, and promotions for local events and lead magnets. The client database was built through targeted actions, enabling us to send highly personalized campaigns that guided subscribers toward specific goals. These segmented lists included subscribers from coupon popups, five-star Airbnb guests, and contest winners.

As a result of these efforts, HM Vacation Rentals saw a remarkable 1,873.3% increase in the size of their client database compared to the previous year, significantly expanding their reach and enhancing the effectiveness of future marketing initiatives.

Paid Media Advertising

Our digital advertising strategy is a blended approach across Google and Meta, targeting both direct bookings and new property owner acquisition. On Google Ads, we use Search campaigns to promote brand awareness and recognition, capture high-intent users looking for rentals and owners looking for property management services.
On Meta, our efforts are split between prospecting and retargeting. We prospect for new customers based on travel intent, location, and interest clusters, and retarget audiences by creating lookalikes from the brand’s data, such as page likes and website visitors. Our creative strategy is centered on continuous A/B testing across various formats, including Reels, static image ads, and carousels.

We extended the brand beyond digital platforms by creating printed assets for use within the properties. These materials were designed to reinforce HM's brand identity and provide a seamless experience for guests. HM Vacation Rentals opted for a high-impact printed asset: the Welcome Book. This comprehensive guide provides guests with all essential information in one place, including property details, house rules, local activities, and recommendations.
